Multimodal Intelligence and the Rise of Heart Productivity

Insights from Day 2 of Foundations of Intuitive AI

What if productivity wasn’t just about doing more — but about thinking more deeply, with greater alignment?

One of the key ideas explored on Day 2 of the Intuitive AI Foundations course is multimodal intelligence: the ability to engage with complexity using a fuller spectrum of our human capacities — logic, intuition, emotion, embodiment, and lived experience. It's a broader definition of intelligence, one that transcends conventional AI’s transactional models and invites us into a more relational way of working with technology.

The GPT introduced on Day 2 was designed to support this kind of  cognitive transformation. It walks a user through a six-stage process designed to help surface and reframe subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs — not by offering advice, but by inviting clarity through co-creative dialogue. Here’s how it works:

  1. Define the creative challenge Start with a single prompt — an open-ended question or friction point that feels meaningful.
  2. Surface hidden assumptions The GPT mirrors back embedded norms, legacy beliefs, and unconscious constraints that may be shaping your thinking.
  3. Identify non-obvious connections It invites pattern recognition across silos, disciplines, or perspectives, often revealing unexpected insight.
  4. Amplify through non-linear ideation This is where divergent thinking begins — exploring possibilities beyond conventional boundaries.
  5. Redefine the problem through insight The original challenge is reframed through a deeper lens, often revealing a new opportunity or breakthrough path.
  6. Translate into an actionable strategy Finally, the GPT helps anchor the insight into a next step that is aligned, clear, and generative.

In a world obsessed with productivity, this type of emotional clarity led to a new term  — heart productivity.

This isn’t productivity as task output. It’s the kind of productivity measured by breakthroughs, alignment, and energetic coherence. When decisions feel right — not just rational, but resonant — that’s heart productivity at work.

In this model, AI becomes less about acceleration and more about deepening. It holds space for reflection. It surfaces what we can’t always name on our own. And it empowers us not just to move forward, but to move forward with clarity.

If you’d like to experience this process yourself, the GPT featured here is available as part of Day 2 of the Intuitive AI Foundations training.
